Here Is A Little Story About Marketing

So many people get an internet connection, hop online, do a search for home businesses, internet marketing, work at home, earn extra money....sound familiar? They buy a cheap domain name and they think they are going to be rich quick.

Why Do So Many Internet Start Ups Fail Today?

Everyday out there in the real world, millions and millions of people drag themselves from the warm, warm beds, take a shower, grab a cup of coffee and head of to their jobs as they are thinking that there has got to be an easier way to make a living.

Working from home sounds like an ideal solution. Many of these dissatisfied souls will quit their jobs and plunge head-first into internet marketing, with no preparation, no knowledge of what they are doing, no education and no hope of success. Failure is their only option and they don't even suspect.




Of course success is possible. Success happens because people have the right ideas about internet marketing and how it works. They do not expect to get rich quick or be able to make a killing overnight and retire to a tropical isle.


  

I don’t know about you but I was tired of working a job.  I was working as much overtime as my regular hrs.  But at the time I was thankful to even have a job. But my body couldn’t keep up with all of the hours I was working.

So I looked to the internet to find the ultimate home business.  Oh all of them sounded wonderful and they promised me I would be a millionaire in a year or less. So I hit it hard.

I made websites, blogs, videos, articles and still not a single person got into the businesses I offered. 

I got so tired of being in businesses where:

No One wanted to join.

Too many skeptics...everything was a scam to them.

I Never made money.

I Never got help from anyone.

I Could not find my sponsor.

I Was out of a lot of money.

 

I started reading about why this was happening and the answer was bright as day. 

Most people who are successful with an online business, already have a huge downline and just carry their people from business to business, but the person at the top are the only ones that make money.  They don’t do much if anything to help the new person coming in.

Another thing I was doing wrong, I was talking too much.  Giving people too much information for them to handle.  I tried to explain every little thing about my business to them and they would go into system overload and 

shut down.

I didn't realize the people see things in a different way than you see things. If your opprotunity is that great, you don't have to say much about it. You just have to let them look at the information themselves and come to a conclusion about it on their own.

Then they will come to YOU and ask YOU about your business.

So, There I was all hyped up about my business (whichever one I was doing at the time) and  could not get anyone to join.

I had to stop telling my friends and family that I was even IN a business.  They went from being excited for me to saying  ummm…….that’s nice honey,

keep trying.

But now I don’t get reactions like that anymore.

Now, I Do Not have to

Get people to buy anything...

Get people to switch anything...

Get people to use anything...

Get people to drink anything,
or take a pill...

Sell A Single Thing!

People come to me asking ME what I am doing!
